Apartment Building in Stockholm Gets a Breath of Fresh Air with Upgraded Ventilation System
The entreprenaur AB Franska Bukten brought in Systemair as a reliable partner early on.
The new FTX system offers several advantages over the old system. It's more energy-efficient, resulting in lower operating costs for the building. Additionally, the FTX system is designed to improve indoor air quality by constantly supplying fresh, filtered air while removing stale air from the building.
Topvex Air Handling Units were selected for the project due to their compact size, energy efficiency, and ability to enhance indoor air quality. These units are specifically designed for use in multi-unit housing and are known for their reliability and performance.
The project was a success, and residents are now enjoying a much better indoor climate. The new ventilation system provides a more comfortable and healthy living environment.
This project shows how modern ventilation systems can improve the indoor climate, energy consumption and living comfort in older apartment buildings.

Systemair is a reliable supplier. We have a good long-term relationship, close communication and we can rely on them to give us quick help in the projects. We are pleased with their cooperation in all aspects of the project, from delivery to daily communication.

The ventilation system is integrated already at the housing factory
When student housing is built as modular units for Karlstad University, the ventilation system is installed in each apartment module already at the factory. This provides better control over the final result while also giving installers a safer working environment.
