
Robert Larsson is leading the Systemair Group

Robert has travelled around to meet teams and customers in Europe and Asia. North America will follow at the beginning of 2026. “I have spent two months familiarizing myself with the Group and I am delighted by a very strong corporate culture.” The Systemair Group has a clear goal; to double its size within 7 years. “With strong brands and a global, diversified customer base, we are prepared for our growth journey," said Robert Larsson.
Robert Larsson has a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University, Sweden. He has broad industrial and international experience from AFRY, ABB, and Scania. Between 2017 and 2024, he was a board member of Mycronic. Robert Larsson is a Swedish citizen, who has lived in China and Switzerland for 7 years.
Robert Larsson is Systemair’s 3rd CEO, succeeding Roland Kasper, who served as President and CEO between 2015 and 2025. Roland took over the leadership from Gerald Engström, who founded Systemair in 1974.
