Systemair acquires Energoplus in SloveniaThe ventilation company Systemair has come to an agreement with Energoplus inSlovenia to acquire the shares in the company per 1st of May. The company has anannual turnover of more than 100 MSEK. Energoplus is a market leader in Slovenia in ventilation and airconditioningproducts.
